What is Hypnosis?

Hypnosis is a natural state of mind that we all experience several times a day. For example, have you ever been so absorbed in a book, a film, or your thoughts that the world around you seemed to fade away? Or perhaps you’ve driven to your destination without consciously remembering every part of the journey. These are everyday trance-like states and examples of hypnosis in action.

In hypnosis, your body relaxes, and your mind becomes deeply focused. This calm and receptive state creates an ideal environment to connect with your subconscious mind—the part of your mind that stores deeply rooted habits, beliefs, and emotions. While the conscious mind is analytical and logical, the subconscious mind is where real, lasting change occurs.

How Hypnosis Works

Hypnosis allows us to bypass the critical, conscious mind to access the subconscious.
